Dr. Jack O’Neill
A native of Savannah, GA, Dr. Jack O’Neill recently moved to northwest Louisiana to be near his wife’s family. While he is proud of his Georgia roots, he is excited to now call Shreveport home.
Dr. O’Neill graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Following dental school, he completed three years of additional specialty training to earn his Certificate in periodontics and implant dentistry. He received multiple awards and scholarships during his dental training, and was very active in national dental leadership organizations.
Dr. O’Neill is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and he is an Adjunct Clinical faculty at Augusta University in the Department of Periodontics.
Dr. O’Neill holds special interests in dental implants, soft tissue grafting, and treatment of gum disease with advanced laser therapies. He completes numerous hours of continuing education each year, and he is the founder of the Savannah Spear Study Club.
He is a proud husband to Jessica and father to GiGi (4). They are members of First United Methodist Church, and when not spending time with family, Dr. O’Neill enjoys golf, travel, and being outdoors.
